Awards Competition

Competition for Chengdu site

The event series aim at providing unique social and academic opportunities for research students to share research ideas, communicate and gain career benefits. The series consist of two major tracks - a parallel research presentation competition and a poster competition. The both competitions are open to all research students joining in the conference, with or without papers accepted. Detailed events could be found as below:

Event 1: Research Presentation Competition

Student papers are organized in parallel topics for competing. Every student candidate has 10 minutes sharp to show the research by slides. All the presentations will be scored by an award committee and the awards will be delivered on the conference banquet.

Event 2: Poster Presentation Competition

There will be a poster presentation competition, with 2-3 minutes short presentations first scored by award committee, and an open space free presentation voted by stickers from audiences. The awards are based on the comprehensive rank of the both parts and will be delivered on the conference banquet.

Elgigibility

All student attendees should be registered (http://case2022.org/Resource/Registration%20Fees/index.html). All best paper finalists (including Best Conference Paper, Best Student Conference Paper, Best Application Paper, and Best Healthcare Automation Paper) of CASE 2022 and any paper/work co-authored/supervised by the following members are not eligible for the Student Event Awards:

-CASE Steering Committee Chair
-Award Committee Members

Traditional Competitions

IEEE CASE2022 organizes competitions for the four following best paper awards. The CASE2022 Awards committee will select the finalists for each award and the finalists will be invited to present in live (online or in person) their paper and answer questions in special Awards sessions.
